In addition to certified organic and farm-fresh produce, fruits, herbs, and free-range eggs from the UBC Farm, the Saturday Multi-vendor Farmers’ Market also features a variety of other local vendors selling meat, vegan cheese, mushrooms, fruit, vegetables, nursery plants, baked goods, alcohol, and prepared foods, alongside food and coffee vendors. Music, food, and drink in a rural setting- fantastic!

Shop fresh on Vancouver's west side this summer! Every Sunday from May 8 - Oct 23, the parking lot of Kitsilano Community Centre fills with the finest quality fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, baked goods, artisan food, fresh fish, and local artisan beer, wine and spirits. Also features food and coffee trucks, handmade craft and more!

The Riley Park Summer Farmers Market happens at Riley Park at 50 East 30th Avenue which is just across the street from Nat Bailey Stadium. The market runs at its summer location at the park between the beginning of May and the end of October. The 2022 summer market runs from April 23rd until October 29th.

We entertain at the Trout Lake senior's lounchtime concert!

The District of Tofino sponsors an outdoor animation/entertainment project as part of the Arts, Culture, and Heritage Action Plan. Come and experience the west coast and enjoy the "Gust of Wind Outdoor Entertainment" program featuring both performance and visual artists.

Before the evening concert under the shade trees, you can bring the kids to swim in the large heated outdoor wading pool. It’s a perfect place to learn to swim, have a family picnic, or cool from the hot sun. Enjoy a treat from the concession, use the playground, play water basketball, or swim to the mini island.

The Trout Lake Farmers Market is also at a great venue. From late spring to early fall, John Hendry Park is a beautiful place to be. The tiny lake is great for walking around and there is a small sandy beach that’s perfect for children and sunbathers. There is also an off-leash area for dogs and a great playground for kids.
